The Inner party also gets real food, like sugar, coffee, and chocolate. While the outer parties get rationed foods. The inner party also has servants to do things for them while the outer parties don't. One of the most important differences is that the inner parties have to option of turning off their telescreens, while the outer parties have no choice.
